Nah! He's a few notches above ignorant at least a bigot. Possibly a full fledged racist too not a very brave one though he chickened out when the big guy stepped in. Puerto Rico is not culturally a part of the United States. It is not a good idea to wear or display the flag of a foreign country when you're in the United States.
