Justin Ross Harris Won't Face Death Penalty In Son's Hot Car Death

I hope he will get life in prison without parole. This is in my opinion not a case of innocent forgetting

This surprises me. He even went back to his car during the day to get something and the little boy would have been crying then or dead. The malice murder charge should get him life without parole. Now we have even further delays, no arraignment until October.

This really surprises me considering that one of the charges is murder with malice meaning he meant to do it and meant for it to be cruel.

I guess the jury felt that charge wasn't proven.

What jury? Did you click on the link and read the story? The Prosecutor decided not to seek the death penalty. It won't be on the table for the jury.

They profiled this case on Dateline last night.

I have to wonder if the wife was involved. The cameras caught her in the interrogation room with Justin right after it happened. She asked him "Did you say too much?"

Her explanation was that he tends to run his mouth and can't stop talking. She said she thought that was the only reason he would be under arrest. That doesn't make sense, and I find it very suspicious.
