The guy was lucky that he didn’t get knocked out.

Because it's Trump's fault for every racial incident that happens in this country.

Yet no one blames Obama for the cop shootings in Ferguson or Baltimore.

I just saw the video on the news. The woman was so mellow and polite, she nicely asked him to leave her alone (and that was AFTER she answered his insulting and totally idiotic question are you a citizen?) She was so undeserving of this d*ck's ire. The cop could have, at minimum, told the guy to move on. He didn't seem like he was serving or protecting.

What specifically would you charge him with that meets felony charges?

I believe he has been charged with class 3 felony disorderly conduct and class 3 assault.

lol. Sounds like North Korea, maybe he'll be caned in public.

Or since nothing really happened, and the incompetent cop is gone, just give the guy a fine for public intoxication.

Somebody asked why many people don't realize that Puerto Ricans are American citizens. It's because that's not what they usually purport themselves to be. You wouldn't know that they had anything to do with the United States.

Their citizenship is more of a legal technicality, it's not part of their identity.
