Even if he pulled it out, the goal post would change and their argument would be that he didn't actually shoot.

No common sense, no logic, sheer idiocy.

There was no investigation. He was simply minding his own business walking down the street.

I've argued he was justified in pulling it but there is no proof he did. Again, that is why the 2nd was written in part.

Are you illiterate? From the link your provided

“But Judge Navarro prevented lawyers for the four men from raising First Amendment rights to free speech and Second Amendment rights to bear arms, saying that these were not applicable in the case.

“The law does not recognize these amendments as legal defenses to the crimes charged,” she said in a July court filing.”

Not one to give the police a reflexive pass on things..............but it did look like the deceased was pulling a gun on the Cops?

What exactly should the Cops have done in that situation?????

He had no permit. He was illegally carrying a firearm. He attempted to flee while carrying a firearm. The cops have every right to question him. The cops have every right to detain him. He then attempted to pull his firearm. He was then shot and killed by the police. Thank god all the cops went home safely to their families. Great job by the cops!

Was he found innocent? I don't care what the judge said, the people knew otherwise and it most certainly is applicable whether the judge approves or not.

They held their guns on officers of the state and were found innocent.

Innocent of what? Some of those men were sentence to Prison! These are two totally different cases and the argument you made was disproven and not allowed as a defense! why don’t you post the links for the stories where the white men get shot by cops? Please answer, because I’ve seen dozens of stories make the headlines. You hand pick the stories that fit your narrative and ignore the ones that don’t!

Since this guy was carrying illegally, my guess is they knew him from prior arrests. They knew he was carrying, which is why his shirt was pulled up to reveal the weapon.

People acting like this was Joe Innocent on his way from work back to his family and was randomly targeted and hassled for no reason, are pushing their typical narrative that cops are ALWAYS wrong.

It would make you happy to make this a total race issue wouldn't it?
