Accepting CASH for payment? Who does that? From shell companies?
You're kidding me, right? You never heard of anyone accepting cash for payment for a real estate property? Seriously?
Yes. So? Lots of South Americans, Europeans, etc. also bought a lot of Trump properties.

Please explain how, when I buy a condo, I somehow gain control of the condo's developer. Would be interesting to know. I may be very influential, and I don't even know it.

Yes, a lot of rich Russians buy Trump condos (and other high-end property in NY and FL). Because of a good marketing campaign, the Trump brand is valued over there.

What is the problem with that, exactly?

I wonder if Putin would expose whatever he has on Trump if we don't comply with their demands...

Then why does Trump refuse to release his tax returns? I'm sure Mueller already has them, though.

It's a known fact by the way that Trump has worked with Russians in his real estate dealings. It's common knowledge.

Paid for by check drawn on a bank, sure. I paid for my house and holiday condo that way. Paid for by cash, nope, that raises all sorts of questions.

Did they pay well over fair market value?

I guess you missed this part of my post:

"I said, 'Eric, who’s funding? I know no banks — because of the recession, the Great Recession — have touched a golf course. You know, no one’s funding any kind of golf construction. It’s dead in the water the last four or five years,'” the writers told WBUR.
"And this is what he said. He said, 'Well, we don’t rely on American banks. We have all the funding we need out of Russia.

I've noticed that no matter how many times this little nugget from Eric's mouth, that is confirmed public knowledge, gets posted, the poster Terr still ignores it.

Are they all that thick?

When disseminating propaganda, one must be willing to ignore the facts and the truth while pushing forward with one's overriding disinformation.

Yes, those Russian Oligarchs purchased a washing machine from Trump.
