Can anyone answer this question? If I send 30K emails and then delete them, I have only deleted the SENDER'S copies. The RECIPIENT'S copies are alive and well unless the recipient deleted them too. Am I missing something?

Well if you're being investigated and told not to delete your email but then delete your email, they would lock you up unless you're a member of The Swamp.

Were the emails in your example classified or not?
Without knowing who you sent emails to, it is hard to issue a subpoena to the recipient for those emails.
So yes, there are copies of the emails floating about. No one is volunteering to be identified as a recipient of having classified information that they are not suppose to have. The email server SHOULD have the information on it. Unless of course, you used BleachBit to remove all data from the server.
This is especially troublesome when you delete all traces of them while under subpoena to surrender the emails. It looks especially bad if your IT guy goes on Reddit and asks in an open forum how exactly to remove all traces of those emails.
This was also not Hillarys first time giving away classified information, there is a picture of her walking with Lawrence Rockefeller at his ranch (lots of files and books in her hand), after the senior Rockefeller had bugged her left and right about a particular topic that was top secret, she finally caved to his demands!
