This is a great excuse for Trump to demand voter ID, culling of dead voters from the rolls, banning electronic voting machines which are easily rigged. Then when more Republicans win, Dems won't be able to say it was Russian meddling.

LOL.

You really don't comprehend what Russia does to meddle do you? NONE of your suggestions would have effected what Russia is doing oddly enough, but many would help suppress voting, and could be easily abused-something we have seen the Republicans do.

I'm STILL for some of them, but it does show a complete lack of comprehension of Russias efforts.

I agree. Banning Russians from Facebook seems to be the only solution

Russians exposed the truth about Hillary and the DNC so voters could use that information to make up their own minds. Dems don't want people thinking for themselves.
Bad Russians, bad!

I find this a little funny since Democrats are the ones making such a fuss about Russian trolls on Facebook. But, whatever...

Tell me, what has been done by the GOP-led government to make sure there's no meddling in this years mid-terms.

I wish someone could define "meddling" for us. If it means purchasing Facebook ads, organizing protests/rallies, and engaging in discussion on political topics, I'm not sure there is an actual way to stop it, but maybe that's all the politicians want. A problem with no solution that really isn't a problem so they can use it to further divide us.

Oddly, the right wingers on CD are saying that no votes were changed at all! Certainly no one thinks that Russian voters showed up at polling places and voted for Trump. frankly, you're not making a lot of sense. I'd also guess that there were far more cases of rigged elections before electronic machines came only.

Again, Google can be your friend unless you just want to stick your head in the sand and pretend it didn't happen. The Russians are the ones wanting to divide us in this case. And it's working. But since the right wingers fear their glorious leader may be tainted by it -- and I don't know that he will be though I have my opinion; that's why there is an ongoing investigation -- they are trying oh so hard to paint Mueller in a bad light and will the investigation to go away.

If liberals make a literal Federal case out of the immigrants that the liberals brought here, via their immigration policies, using Facebook for political purposes then nothing can be done. The only question will be when the liberals decide to undermine our democracy, after loses, and when they decide to ignore the foreigners who post political material on Facebook (after wins).
