I’m certainly getting a bunch of free stuff from you today. Thanks for the load of bull. At least it didn’t cost me anything.

Corporate greed? Don't you mean workers'/retirees' greed? Guess who are the overwhelming majority of corporate shareholders...

Millions of working and retiree Americans have $27 trillion worth of investments in their pensions (public and private) and/or retirement accounts.

Pie chart included:

US workers/retirees have $27 trillion worth of investments in their pension/retirement accounts

For example, CalPERS, the California Public Employee Retirement System, is the largest (highest total value in investment holdings) institutional investor in the U.S.

Quote:
"Can you name the biggest American investor? No, it's not Warren Buffett; as a matter of fact, it is not a person. It is CalPERS, the California Public Employees' Retirement System"...

Exxon
General Electric
Microsoft
Citigroup
Bank of America
Johnson & Johnson
Wal-Mart
Pfizer
Proctor & Gamble
JP Morgan Chase
The Ten Largest Holdings of CalPERS, the Biggest U.S. Investor

Many on the left and other uninformed posters go absolutely insane when I remind everyone that the very same corporations they LOVE to screech and whine about are directly responsible for funding their beloved unions' pensions and retirement benefits.

Can you show where that's included in the federal spending statistics? There are line item categories. Where's the line item for the supposed billions of $$ given to business owners?

That's according to MSNBC & CNN. it's pure propaganda. That's what they want you to believe.

To say he's "getting hammered by the entire world" is beyond hyperbolic. It's psychopathic hysteria. He isn't. It's true that there are some. In the U.K. there was a large crowd that turned out against him. the following day, and equally large crowd turned out in support of President Trump. And Katie Hopkins and her followers certainly are fond of President Trump.

Barack Obama is going around making speeches bashing him and stirring up animosity. He is trying to undermine President Trumps foreign policy on foreign soil. This is a crime. He should be charged and imprisoned.

Democrats are also trying to undermine his foreign policy. Their behavior is seditious. They are trying to incite people to rebel against the legitimate authority. This is a crime, and they ought to be punished. What Maxine Waters has been doing is malicious, and dangerous.

This behavior will not bode well for the Democrats in the Nov. mid-terms. They have nothing positive to offer. They only have hatred for President Trump. They will pay for it.

To make things worse, they have their new darlings, Kamala Harris and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Kamala Harris stated recently: "Trump's Supreme Court pick will destroy the Constitution!" Ridiculous to state that a "Constitutionalist," a "strict constructionist;" i.e., someone who believes strongly in the interpretation of the Constitution as the founders wrote it, would "destroy it!" That's just laughable.

Cortez was quoted as saying, "The reason unemployment is so low is because so many people have two jobs!" That has to be the silliest statement I have heard from a politician!

This is what is making up the Democrat Party today. Pure ignorance.

Yes, I'm proud.

President Trump actually has done something about N. Korea's nuclear ambitions, and the response is positive. Yes, there is still work to be done, but there haven't been any new missiles fired over Japan, no new nuclear tests, and though we don't have proof positive as yet that they are dismantling their test program and destroying sites, Kim Jong Un has taken the initiative (on his own) and has said they are doing so. He has also said they will return our fallen soldiers remains. No former President has accomplished anything on N. Korea. Instead, they allowed N. Korea to build up it's nuclear program, and former Pres. Clinton actually gave them the tools to do so.

Unemployment is at it's lowest since the 70's.

Black unemployment is at it's lowest in history.

GDP has exceeded 4%. Under Barack Obama, it never reached 3%.

Lower taxes have put more money in people pockets.

We have a President that is standing up for America instead of apologizing for it. He has told our NATO allies that we are no longer going to be their "piggy bank," and they must contribute more for their defense. This was the right thing to do. They have been getting a free ride for too long, enjoying prosperity without having to fund their own defense, at the expense of the American taxpayer.

Yet, the Democrats want to go back to business as usual. They want to end the tax cuts, restore Obamacare (and the oppressive tax penalty, the "individual mandate").

Apparently, the Democrats don't like prosperity.

5 facts about the minimum wage | Pew Research Center
Not really relevant. In some places like NYC they can't actually attract the number of people they need at minimum wage so they start people off at a little more but it's all the same.

When things went boom in 2008 many elderly had to go back and get these jobs also.

it used to be this way...but its not the case now.

Gas station and convenience store jobs are generally staffed by people in their 20s to mid 50s, its very rare for part timers or students working in the summer, retirees, etc. Its people that are trying to support a family on and its their full time job.

Times change, businesses should be the first ones to recognize and accept this.

Why is anyone stupid enough to procreate when they are only capable of earning minimum wage in a low-skill full time job? That's beyond stupid and irresponsible... an incredibly bad life decision.

There was a movie made based on that concept: Idiocracy. That's what we have devolved into, an idiocracy.
