He wrote his son's cover story over the meeting with the Russians.

That's the kind of guy Trump is. He is a conspirator in treason.

Good point -- for normal presidents. But not for a president under criminal investigation for conspiring with the leader he is meeting with

There has been no charges filed against this President, if that changes then we can have different discussion about this subpoena.

Why in the hell should the interpreter been subpoenaed? There's no allegation that POTUS broke any law with his meeting. Stop making yourself look like fools, libs.

Trump is not under criminal investigation.
FBI and Intel have repeatedly said he is not the target of the investigation.
But maybe the liberal media bubble doesn’t report that important part......

Well, since that's the source you are relying on, I'm sure you must also agree with Margaret Sullivan that

Quote:
As my Washington Post colleague Mark Berman put it on Twitter: “I’m really struck by what a huge story it would be if it emerged that Trump was privately questioning the intel assessment re: Russian meddling and suggesting he buys Russia’s denial. Instead, he says it out loud, on TV, while standing next to Putin.”

Almost superfluous in the moment, the news media’s job became crucially important in the immediate aftermath.

What happened on that stage needs to be made undeniably clear to every American citizen who isn’t hopelessly lost in denial. (And clearly, many are.)

That job will fall, in part at least, to the American press, which will find itself in the uncomfortable position of calling a spade a spade, with none of the usual recourse to false equivalence or “both sides with equal weight” coverage.

CNN’s Anderson Cooper led the way with his immediate — and memorable — live assessment: “You have been watching perhaps one of the most disgraceful performances by an American president . . . .”

1. It is borderline seditious to call Trump treasonous on no facts.

2. There is no obstruction. No one has the right to classified information, without evidence that points to its necessity in an investigation. In other words, throwing a never ending hissy fit, with no punches pulled, does not negate the President's right to diplomacy as he see fit. Private or not.

Sedition is about advocating the overthrow of the government.

Trump is not the government, he is an employee of the government.

There are three equal branches of that government, and no one in any branch is above the law.
