I think it is obvious what long term pot smoking does to a brain. Whoopi admittedly smokes pot regularly and has been on set high before. She runs things around there.

Whoopi can blame the entire debacle on Pirro, and that's perfectly fine ... but what everyone saw on the air was Whoopi losing her composure and looking like a fool with no self-control. That's entirely on her. No blaming anybody else for your own reaction.
