Which is good. A man broke the non-aggression principle. He forfeited his rights upon doing so. The victim defended himself. It's as simple as that.

Oh no, wait until the jury acquits the shooter before the rioters come out to play

"Pants up, don't loot."

Local businesses better stock up on guns and ammo.

Again, things might be different in your country, but in US a suspect of a homicide is arrested. You said it is not the case, but you are wrong, and now you are trying get personal to deflect from it.

Who knows what will happen now that they have decided to charge him, but your claim was that they charged him to avoid riots.

Riots have happened before and after trials (See Ferguson)

I'm a black conservative, sorry for the breaking news. If you visit the Africa and military section you'll even see a picture of me.

Well, this particular case had been successfully brushed under the rug, until today's announcement. Now all bets are off.

Florida 'stand your ground' shooter Michael Drejka charged with manslaughter

https://abcnews.go.com/US/shooter-fl...ry?id=57151343

The Florida man who invoked the "stand your ground" self-defense after shooting a black man in a dispute over a parking space was charged Monday with manslaughter, officials said.

Michael Drejka, 47, was arrested Monday morning in the fatal shooting in July of Markeis McGlockton in Clearwater, Florida.

"You can't start a confrontation and kill somebody and say, 'Oh, I was just standing my ground,'" Jacobs attorney, Benjamin Crump, said at a press conference on Thursday.
Good! I was hoping for this outcome. But I doubt he was in jail long. It took a while to charge him so he had time to earn bail money just in case.
