I was thinking the same thing. When I was 48 I considered myself fairly young. Certainly no "old man". Now I'm 68 and still don't consider myself and old man. But I'm getting close.

He was neither old, nor handicapped.

You realize you're coming off as whiney, don't you? Drop your racist shtick against white people. This involved one white individual and two black individuals yet you keep trying to pull in white people vs black people.

24 year old fit man who parks illegally

47 year old handicap man who calls out the injustice and gets assaulted as a response

No jury on the planet would convict the shooter of wrongdoing.

I've worked with people who have disabilities for nearly 40 years. I've not killed anyone who parked in a spot reserved for people with disabilities, though, so maybe I'm not devoted enough to my cause?

The bottom line:

Two idiots. One broke two laws and the other broke none.

Yet some people are still defending the guy who broke the two laws and indicting the one who broke none.

Let me guess, you park in handicap spots and assault them too?
It would take you about five minutes to have answered those questions for yourself. All you would have had to do is read a few of my posts in this thread. Not ony have I been defending the shooter, but I've also said I am a right leg below knee amputee. I'm having trouble with my stump and my foot where I have two toes gone. I have not mentioned the two toes gone in this post or what I am about to say next. Before my truck broke down, I kept putting off getting a handicapped placard. Maybe part of it was denial. Maybe it was laziness. So I never parked in a handicapped spot even when I could not wear my prosthetic which was often.

Don't make assumptions about folks though. You might be wrong.

You’re still not handicap, case closed.

Let’s ask the handicap people how they feel.

I doubt they’re shedding any tears over this one.
