Fair enough. However, I suspect the sheriff was called not because the mother might be leaking breast milk into the pool but because she was nursing in public. Do we call the police whenever a toddler has an accident in the pool?
Calling the police was an overreaction. The mothers refusing to use a bit of common sense was also an overreaction. People like this are a PITA no matter what "side" they represent!

Better breast milk than pee, which is no doubt going in that pool daily.
If the baby cried and she didn't start nursing, her breast milk would probably have leaked into the pool anyway. Do you want to start banning lactating moms from pools?
Fun fact: the "pool smell" comes not from the chlorine itself, but from the chemical reaction between urine and chlorine.

I think they are pushing their sexual deviancies onto innocent people like rapists do, but using their babies to do it. It's not difficult to breastfeed in relative privacy like regular moms do.

We are a civilized country with public health features such a sewers. Look up the diseases that resulted before sewers were utilized before you think you are entitled to defecate anywhere you want because a mother nursed her infant.

I chose my example very carefully. Read it again before you try and pretend you're intelligent. There are less public health implications from peeing in a potted plant than nursing an infant in a public pool.
