The point he makes - aside from his opinion - is that Brennan has never been in the field, got his job because of Clinton, and been a white collar spokesman for his whole career.

The country gave Trump a whole coil of rope and so far all he's done is make one helluva snarled mess of it.
Like those who'd tell us a retired CIA operative's opinion is important and a retired CIA Chief's isn't?
Nobody said Brennan's opinion wasn't important. He is calling him out because he is portraying himself as an intelligence expert, when he was really a spokesperson with a security clearance.
Pretend like this is a CEO or manager who has never set foot in a plant pretending that he understands how the labor in the shop does their job.
