Mueller and his team are currently writing reports which they will submit at the end of their investigations.

It's not that unusual for complicated and complex cases to last a long time, just look at fraud cases or even fraud trials.

Mueller hasn't realeased anything yet, and no one knows what's in his report, there have however been a lot of inditements and Mueller is still listening to those who have turned state evidence.

Nobody knows what the extent of collusion is untill we see the final report and it's findings.
