Why are so many white people afraid of what "history" reveals? that is demonstrated in what most of the comments sum up to represent... Which is an incessant aim and attempts by means of deflection about anything and everything they can, including incessant attacks on the write, rather than deal with the content of the subject matter to avoid the truths of history. It's quite telling, to see this same mentality of conduct repeated over and over and over and over. And they (the general working poor and dire poor of white society remain historically Illiterate, by their own choice and actions to be so. Many of us just trust what we have learned throughout our childhood and lifetime and don't question it.
The Democrat party has tried to hide the fact that they are the racists by consistently pushing the accusation that the conservative right is racist.
Once you start finding the facts out then you realize that the very things that the leftist Democrats accuse the conservative Republicans of is what the Democrats are really guilty of.
