Rep. Mark Meadows weighing the introduction of a resolution to hold Rosenstein in contempt of Congress today.

Hope it happens even if it doesn't pass. Paul Ryan is weak globalist RINO. Glad the loser is leaving.

Despite Ryan’s posture, Meadows and Jordan — buoyed by a cadre of vocal Trump allies — have clung to their claims that Rosenstein has stood in the way of their efforts to conduct legitimate investigations. They notched a procedural victory last month when the House passed a resolution scolding the Justice Department and demanding access to a large slate of documents by July 6.

Justice Department still stiff-arming congress.

Meadows and his comrades in the Freedom Caucus continue to do Russia's bidding.

I hope he does it, because it will illustrate very clearly how rabidly political he and his Republican party 'Freedom Caucus' are.

The only reason any Republicans want to do this is because Trump can't fire him outright, it would look like obstruction. So they want to run interference for Trump to cripple the investigations and obstruct justice on his behalf.

If they would put our country first for once and support the Mueller probe we would finally see justice served.

Well they did it.

Articles of impeachment filed against Rosenstein.

That would give Trump cause, and it is his right, to fire Rosenstein and MIA AG Sessions.

Trump should fire them but I doubt if he will.

At least they are proving they don't believe in the very basics of patriotism, law enforcement, checks and balances or the American people. This is good to know....but

Unfortunately it means from this point forward we are allowed to have "leaders" who commit any crime at any time and can get away with it...a very poor example, IMHO.

Just because they fail doesn't mean they didn't try - so it becomes OK now for the gander as well as the goose. Bye Bye checks and balances. Now we can clear the way for more Dictators.

Acting within their authority is the checks and balances afforded to congress.

Get a grip on civics !!!

Just because the left doesn't get its way or get to run roughshod over their opponents doesn't mean the opponents are traitors.

They are putting our country first. Taxpayers are paying exorbitant prices for a nothing burger. We don't even get fries with that.
