Even the kind of he's talking about - certain local jurisdictions prevent private businesses from discriminating based on political party. There are no federal regulations against this but it's possible to pass such.

No doubt Twitter has reasons for banning some of these accounts and those reasons fall in line with Twitter's terms of service.
You can pick and choose who you will bake a cake for but you can't pick who can post on your media.

You'd have to prove that party is what got them banned and not some other violation of the Twitter TOS.

And, with Trump's account still open and the accounts of so many other conservatives and government officials still open, the "discriminates against conservatives" argument is not going to hold much water.

I'll bet dollars to doughnut holes he has no idea what "shadow banning" means. It's just a phrase he heard somewhere that someone told him was bad. What a freaking bozo Trumputin actually is.
^^ This.

/end thread.

Again, is it a whole class effect or what?

I say it's not in this case because if it was, Trump's account would have been banned already.

Trump regularly blocks Twitter users. He uses Twitter as his official communications. And he is complaining about others blocking..

Of course it isn't but it's still incredibly hypocritical..

Since these tend to be civil suits, the burden of proof is lower. How does any discriminatory suit get proven? Same logic can be applied.

If Trump switched to Gab, it would be a gamechanger.

Well, he's too cowardly to take on Putin so it's no big surprise he needs to find someone/thing else to 'attack' with his keyboard like the coward he is. Kinda ironic he uses Twitter to whine about social media.
