Evidence Shows Hackers Changed Votes in the 2016 Election But No One Will Admit It

The current count of states affected by the hacking is now up to 21.

The only reason for an electronic voting machine not to produce a paper output is to allow the results to be changed. There is no other excuse.

Even ATMs produce a printed receipt.

The GOP is invested in denying the Russia allegations. Any acceptance of them leads to invalidating the 2016 election and exposing any role the GOP itself had in this hack, suppression, etc.

oh boy

Hillary Clinton’s emails contained evidence of a pornographic child-sex ring. Barack Obama is a Muslim whose original middle name was Muhammad. George W. Bush ordered the destruction of the World Trade Center.

Rosenstein said no votes were altered.

Your article says...

The only logical explanation that could possibly explain why Russians did not change votes in Georgia...

and

Every single source agrees that Russian could have changed votes.

You got fooled into believing the article through the title. The title does not represent the content. No votes were altered.

The system does need to be fixed, and credentials should be altered for every use of an electronic ballot box.

Actually, I recall voting machines flipping votes in a few states but they flipped Trump votes to Hillary. There is at least one video on youtube where a voter recorded himself pressing the Trump button and you can see it happen. What these voters did was go to the poll worker and request a paper ballot.

We should only vote by paper ballot with a bar code and be able to track it through the system to make sure it gets recorded.

That's fake news.

In September 2017, the Department of Homeland Security notified 21 state election organizations that Russia had targeted their election systems before the 2016 election.

The use of the phrase "election systems" is a classic example of yellow journalism and fake news.

What were targeted were voter registration databases.

Out of those 21 States, 20 were not breached. Illinois was the only State where hackers got into the voter registration database, but did not alter or delete any records. Of the remaining 20 States, an Arizona county election official had their password compromised, but there is no evidence anyone used it to breach the Arizona voter registration database. For the remaining 19 States, there is some evidence of attempts to access voter registration databases, but none were successful.

The intention of Russian hacking was likely to cause chaos and distrust of institutions.

No he didn't. He didn't say whether they were or weren't and he made clear that the DOJ isn't saying they were altered. But that statement doesn't mean 'no votes were altered'. I

As soon as these machines came to be it was clear this day was a comin' .
Local public voter information available states someone in my family did NOT vote in 2016. He was in the booth next to me, etc....and so I turned over the materials with the error over to our City Council who said they would take care of it.
