I would not be surprised if much about that meeting is already known by the intelligence community. Trump's credibility has been suspect long before he ran for president. IMO the investigation and all of the twists and turns are like a Rube Goldberg machine, they already know what will happen at the end.

We'll wait and see how this all plays out. This is eerily similar to John Dean's roll on Nixon.

If crimes are found and proven, don't bet on impeachment, unless the climate in Congress and the Senate changes radically.

So when Trump wins again in 2020, will they still be talking about his rubbage? My guess is that they will be.

The anxiety and panic in your posts is palpable. We can feel it.

Who cares what he said? He's not a credible witness.

What am I forgetting?
Fake news
a Clinton related deflection
counting on his rabid base to totally ignore any new revelations
fake news
Cohen is in with the "deep state"
Seventh grade level name calling
a seventh grade level nickname for Cohen designed to cement the desired image of Cohen in the minds of his followers... along the lines of "Crooked Hillary"...that he will repeat at every opportunity.
That all of this simoly reduces to Democrats being "butt hurt" over the election and unable to accept that they lost it (ignoring the fact that Democrats know that even an impeachment and removal from office of Trump would not reverse the election...it would just lead to a President Pence).

Anyone else have any further predictions? I haven't had my morning caffeine yet. i am sure i forgot a few.

Anyone else not think it is a not exactly a coincidence that the timing of these new revelations coincides with the call by several Congressmen for the impeachment of the assistant attorney general? Methinks that some members of Congress aren't motivated by a deep and abiding desire to get to the bottom of this. After all...the investigation has already borne substantial fruit...why are they attempting to stymie it? It shouldn't even be political...a foreign power and one our our presidential elections and possibly the presidency are somehow intertwined here...we just don't know how seriously. And everyone should agree that we need to spare no effort in finding out.
What is clear is that this revelation constitutes substantial evidence that the President is lying about crucial aspects of Russia's role in the election. Either he is or his former attorney is.

If Cohen's account is accurate, Trump knew from the start that Putin had a secret plot to hurt HRC & help him. Yet he constantly denied Russia was behind the attack on the US election. That is, he knowingly lied to protect a foreign adversary attacking the US. That's betrayal..

How would Trump not have known about the meeting in his tower?

Of course we will. Please study history and let us know when Nixon was tagged as one of the biggest crooks and madmen in history.

Time means nothing. Only honor does.
