So the President can't make public comments on matters of public interest. Sounds like Mueller doesn't believe in the First Amendment or Article 2 or really any part of the Constitution.
Absolutely he can, and should. He's doing the heavy lifting for Bob Mueller and tossing out another shovelful of evidence every time he tweets. A lot of us think he should be tweeting full time.
One tweet I bet Mueller is looking at is the tweet about Paul Manafort being treated worse than Al Capone. A president inserting himself into an ongoing trial. A case could be made that Trump is attempting to influence the jury (poor Paulie, give him a break). Also he could be sending a message to Paulie the "Ostrich" to hang tough, keep his mouth shut (omerta), and he'll get a full pardon when the time is right.
