The real minimum wage is $0. For business owners it's $ negative infinity.

Learn some basic economics.

Where do you think that you've acquired the wisdom to call unions relics, Fox News? Why don't you look at your sources a bit more closely.
Baloney. America is no longer full of "one factory" towns. People are free to move to where the jobs suit their work ethic. I work every Saturday. To me every day of the week is the same.

Does this mean that you already work six days a week at five days pay or are you evading my point?

Check the stats. During the fifties and sixties, unions in the private sector represented more than thirty percent of the work force. Unions now represent less than 10% of the work force. It's a result of a concerted effort to destroy the unions and the realities of globalization. Public unions are the last of the powerhouse unions left.

Do some research. Your response sounded reasonable. The more recent efforts are to destroy the last of the powerful unions, the public unions.

Strong abusive unions that protect bad workers and do deliberate work slow downs to extract more money from their employers are the enemy of make America great again
These unions turn our schools into hell holes and have driven auto making and steel mills out of the country
As to the federal workers mandatory drug testing alone would fix the va overnight
Reagan tried and failed to do this
Signed a former steel worker
And federal employee

They just go along, believing what the union leaders are selling them.

Oh and as for anyone who thinks there should be no min wage, well what about those who think some of these union workers should be paid amounts almost equal to doctors is some cases. $50 an hour or more, with little or no overhead and probably no education to speak of? Of course some love their unions, why wouldn't they?
Union members are trained for their jobs which is what Liuna does.

You don't think that Mark Janus had the money to go though suit after suit, do you? He was well funded not by people who altruistically felt that poor Marc Janus had to pay for representation he didn't want, but by people who want to crush organized labor completely.

Let's focus on what I just said. Can you?
OH MY GOODNESS A BILLIONAIR!

Kick George Soros out of America then complain about billoinairs.

Janus had every right to walk away if he wanted. He didn't. period. What he did want was his freaking money that a thug union was taking from him against his will

its a twisted upsidedown world when the writer of the stupid article quotes some moron saying the Court is hostile to "workers rights" because they might suggest a worker has a right to no pay a union they don't belong to.

the left has lost its mind.

Unions have always been for the middle class. Just look at what teachers in many states have accomplished because they are a union. They not only got raises for themselves but also raises for the custodial staff. And we are talking about red states. Unions members are family and they stick together.
Public unions have no say in salary or benefits. It's Civil Service that does for Civil Service jobs.
