Earlier this Summer when the Supreme Court found in favor of Mark Janus over AFSCME, the Trump Administration sent Noel Francisco the Solicitor General to argue against the unions. The unions lost the fight to collect agency fees from people who received union benefits without public union memberships.
There is another wrinkle. A Trump administration's appointee Jonathan Mitchell is now suing in several states for the agency fees to be paid back to those not interested in joining the unions. NY Times article follows: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/07/18/b...es-lawyer.html
An attorney working for the unions said that the unions should be very nervous about this action.
The unions in our country are being systematically destroyed and we are not bright enough to do anything about it. So, it's the weekend. Go get your 12 pack and vegetate in front of the idiot box like you've been doing for years.

Nice sniveling.
It only affects public sector unions. Not private unions.
And I don’t drink alcohol and I have garbage to burn, so no TV for me.
It sure looks like President Trump is very in favor of Laborers, but perhaps not so in favor of Big Labor Bosses giving them so say in what their dues are used for or even in whether they should be forced to pay dues at all.
That's not "Bias", that's people oriented and not Union Boss oriented.
standing up for a working class guy when some thug union is taking money out of his pay check AGAINST HIS WILL is not anit-labor and is certainly PRO-WORKER.

Did any of you read the links that I gave you?
What he says and what he tweets is all theater. It is what he is doing that is harmful.

No!
You're wrong there. This was all started by a couple of billionaires who found a stooge named Mark Janus. They sued and kept appealing until it reached a sympathetic audience.
You don't think that Mark Janus had the money to go though suit after suit, do you? He was well funded not by people who altruistically felt that poor Marc Janus had to pay for representation he didn't want, but by people who want to crush organized labor completely.
Let's focus on what I just said. Can you?
