VT and NH have lenient gun laws and some of the lowest murder rates in the nation.

How about this? Lewiston can be upper New England's social experiment, a token black town. And until Lewiston's problems are fixed, where the white residents aren't being terrorized by the Somali immigrants, we'll just keep the rest of our white majority towns and cities intact and white.

It’s not crimes in general, it’s drug arrests. Keep in mind, this is going by numbers provided by the Governor who has an interesting method of compiling data. If we go by what he says, it’s 90 percent, if we look at this wacky binder he provided, it’s 40 percent. If we look at the most recent FBI data at the time he made that statement, it’s about 14 percent. There’s a link earlier in the thread covering this.

Here is the deal. I do not have issues with black people and count many as close friends and associates. The reality is that there are major issues with so many blacks as a whole. My own black friends admit it to me.
I don't hate blacks nor do I deny that many are great people. That said, so many in the black community have issues. The criminality issue is a HUGE problem and we shouldn't pretent it is racist to notice the obvious. Many young black men desperately need discipline. Imagine a country where people didn't associate crime with young black men because they didn't commit more violent crimes than did others. That'd be real progress. I want to live in that country.
