So... Hand off the evidence to the FBI and let them take care of it

Regardless he's going to jail at the state level for tax evasion.

Mule-ear has known about these allegations since 2005 and held it in his pocket until he got a chance to avenge getting jilted by Trump and trying to force Manafort to make up a lie against Trump in exchange for a fake plea deal.

I could be seen as the Judge is harsh, but it might also be that he does not want anybody to say it was in any way partial either way.

Would look bad on his statistics and give to much press coverage either way.

I think he wants the case run impartial and fact based.

I.e
Did he earn millions working abroad? Yes.
Did he pay taxes here in the US on that income? No.
Did he offer a Bank President a job as the Secretary of the Army, in return for 15million dollar loan? Yes.
Did he commit fraud on anybody else? Yes.

Good.. Verdict.. 20 years in jail.
Or flip on Trump.

He does not want to hear what he purchased with his money, unless its shown he used that item to get around US tax laws. For example to money launder.

Judge has a reputation for being tougher on the side with the advantage. Case looks pretty open and shut according to all the legal experts. The guy is a tax cheat, a money launderer, and a general slime who thinks rules don't apply to him. Out on bail and engaging in witness tampering? Back in jail and get your own laptop and suite? Stop with the BS about solitary. It's for his own protection, and he's out there bragging about getting VIP treatment. You think you would have it that good if you stole millions of dollars?

Rick Gates can no longer be a good witness so what’s left....

But it is difficult to fight an unfair fight. Mueller has all the money while he tried to crush Manafort by sitting alone in a cell for 23 hrs and messing with his head.

Wait for investigators to be investaged themselves!

I'm sure people in this thread are outraged by all the poor people in jail who end up in solitary.

He had his own suite. His own bathroom. His own laptop. He bragged about how well he was treated. It's not like he was down in some airless hole. And it was done for his own safety.

Just stop already with the crying about his poor treatment. He's scum, and got much better than he deserves.

If Manafort himself made 60 million just from the Russians - and the entire Mueller team has spent how much?......I think one might bring your statement into question....

Manafort and all his "deep state" Russian friends and American Traitors have access to a LOT more money and power than Bob does. That's why folks like OJ win cases..the government is bare bones.
