There have been 13 frivolous lawsuits file on Jones, just since Trump won the election.
They are done to slander Jones in the headlines, as witnessed here.
It is also done to cost Jones a butt load of money in legal fees.
These people not living in Texas forgot all about the "Slap Back" filing by the courts, or that is already figured into the budget to ruin Jones in the eye of the publics opinion, with headlines just like this.
And again his lawyers are trying to use the argument that what he says isn't fact
" a motion to dismiss the suit filed by Jones’s attorney argues. “No reasonable reader or listener would interpret Mr. Jones’ statements regarding the possibility of a ‘blue-screen’ being used as a verifiably false statement of fact, and even if it is verifiable as false, the entire context in which it was made discloses that the statements are mere opinions ‘masquerading as a fact.'”
Cool, hope he loses so this case can be used to sue the Leftist media for Trump supporters being attacked and harassed.
