GOP (Mitch, Paul) continually say there's no need to introduce legislation to protect the Mueller investigation, while POTUS repeatedly obstructs the Muller investigation.
This is one of many reasons we need midterms to go blue. GOP is loyal to an individual rather than the country.

Trump is in desperation mode. He knows he has to derail Mueller without derailing himself. We are seeing the unraveling of a Presidency here. So glad to be a witness to this history being made.
Trumpovich is too stubborn and narcissistic to resign. He's going to ride this thing all the way to the Senate. Unfortunately, I don't think there are 66 senators with enough gumption to vote him out of office.
He will finish out his term, with no help from a Democratic House of Reps, and clinch his spot as the Worst President Ever. And James Buchanan need never again worry about that particular epithet.

Yes. In fact, IIRC, it was the cheeto who started calling the investigation a search for 'collusion'. I'm sure he got some legal advice on what to call the investigation before he started tweeting insanely.

Heck much of American knows he's GUILTY, of Russian Collusion, Money Laundering, Treasonous Conduct as displayed when he invited Russia to Hack systems in American, then when he got on stage after a violation of holding a private meeting without following standard procedure, then to call American Foolish, and diminish in as such in comparison with Russia, and then defend Russian when Most of American know that Russian invaded our Elections Processes, Much of American knows he is a tax cheat and he swindled the blind minded to allow him to fleece the nations people of 1.x trillion and now he is trying to give more to the wealthy, so he does not have to pay tax.
This is just a short list of some of the silliness and vile of Trump.
It would be great is the Koch brother found a ways to squash the madness of Trump and his Republican system in its tracks and banish it forever.
it would be a great day in America if the entire Trump family got locked up and their assets seized and turn over to the United State Treasury, and his entire cabinet was arrested for subversion and treasonous conspiracy against the United State of America. Yes, He's that horrible for America, as and the entire Republican Congress whom has been like a rubber stamp machine for his malice and vile of many sorts and acts.
Trump makes dumb comments as if every of his crimes is suppose to be ignored, and when they are addressed, he wants to claim its an attack on the Country... NO, it's the address and intent to prosecute "him" (Trump) as a man, it has nothing to do with any disrespect to the whole of the country, it is a respect to and for the whole of the country to charge and prosecute Trump, one man who thinks he is the Tyrant over American. There are a lot of questions Trump supporters will not answer. They deflect, engage in whataboutism, make up childish mental diseases, call names, and declare anything they disagree with fake. Its pretty much all they have because they disavow reality, facts and common sense. They pretty much got rip roaring drunk with 'get over it you lost' and never sobered up.

Classic conservative tactic; when the outlook is bleak and there's no hope for the future look to the past at remembered glory while completely ignoring what's happening right in front of you.
