I'm going to assume that this post is wishful thinking. Most people in this country have heard of Alex Jones and they either think he's a conspiracy nut, oddly entertaining, or they actually believe his crap, which he himself has stated is just entertainment... so, he does not believe it himself.
How anyone could think it's okay for someone to harass the grieving families of dead schoolchildren to the point at which his followers are harassing them and they are forced to continually move around to avoid being harassed is beyond me.
Takes a cold, uncaring person to support that sort of thing.
Now, if someone watches him because they find him funny, entertaining, etc and they realize he's not telling the truth, well... that's different and to each his/her own.

You think that if (for example) BentBow posts a bunch of lunacy on the P&OC forum, City-Data is liable because they are not protected by 230?
Also if domain hosting could be ended by it, why couldn't site hosting "be next?" It isn't far on the slope after all.
There is numerous options for hosting including colocation in datacenter which should fall under "critical infrastructure". Utilizing cloudflare's service you can effectively hide the host anyway.

No public facing server is ever 100% safe however if it set up correctly along with other measures that is very difficult. Briefly you basically firewall everything except your own personal IP's for whatever you may need like SSH ports and Cloudflares IP's over ports 80 and 443. All traffic to the server is either from you or first routed through Cloudflare's network, everything else gets dropped. This is also critical to prevent DDOS attacks because if you cannot hide the IP of the origin server the Cloudflare service becomes useless.
Ports 80 and 443 serve http requests for web pages. For a hacker get past that point would require you have vulnerable script they could exploit. Cloudflare will block a lot of exploits and behind that is whatever you yourself have employed on the origin server.

Looking over the history on Wikipedia it appears they have made numerous TLD's changes since 2017 and are having great amount of difficulty holding onto them.
There are still alot of controversial topics hosted on youtube and cloudflare.....
For the record the only site Cloudflare has dropped is the Daily Stormer. The CEO cites their insinuation that Cloudflare supported their activities. I would imagine the purpose was to make a example of them so other sites don't make the same mistake.
