Advertisements

Should we go back and just use Facebook as it was designed for? Meet friends and share stories about your life and pets.

Right now we all seem to know which side of the political aisle, most people are and the amount of ads on Facebook is like it is an advertising magazine.

I, personally enjoyed Facebook how it was and dislike what Facebook has become.

Most of my friends and family already have eliminated Facebook from visiting the Website as often as they did.

I’m wondering how many people outside of my family and friends have started to leave Facebook for a daily visit and only check now and then?

Pushing one sided political views and being caught, doesn’t seem to help Facebook to be as popular as they once was.

Originally Zuckerberg did not want to allow any advertising on FB, this would have been great had he stuck with this, but Id imagine he was pressured into changing it.

Regarding FB in general, I think most people like connecting with old friends or coworkers, but ONLY to a certain point.

It should be dumped altogether. It poisons minds and creates lunatics.

Facebook has certainly become a lot of political warring.

I like old school. like, having 75 bumper stickers plastered to the back of your car.

So dramatic. LOL...you would fit in with a good majority of Facebook users.

This is how I have always and will continue to use it. People that get too political get unfollowed or unfriended.

If you guys are having political wars on FB, that’s your problem. I’ve connected with some cool people because of FB. I have the ability to not war over politics.

Who is preventing you from using it "as it was?"

I still use it to connect with family and friends.

If you don't, well, that's on you.

Agreed. Many of the unhinged crazy people, both liberals and conservatives, are very active on FB. Gives them a place to rant.
