YES! Why follow due process when you can lie to a judge and tell him that the status quo will remain pending an asylum hearing and then deport the person before the hearing? LAW AND ORDER BABY WHOOOO!!!! F the illegals and due process and the law!

Because the liberals think they can threaten and manipulate the dumb foreigners into voting for the democrat party by telling them that the evil Republicans will deport them if they dont. The law..bah..just scream racism and yell that you are an asylum seeker...

Of course immigrants legal or illegal can't lawfully vote but there is evidence that some have anyway. It's common knowledge.
