"Collectivism sucks" says the Realtor(tm) who belongs to a cartel that uses its market power to protect their racket of overcharging clients with their padded 6% commissions. If there's any industry that hates competition, it's real estate.
I don't always charge 6%. I charge less to people who are nice and fun to work with. There is no cartel. Although linked with a franchise, I am basically in business for myself and can charge whatever I want, and it changes with each deal. So you don't know what you are talking about. I'll do 4% if I really like you.
So yes, collectivism sucks. Bernie Sanders sucks. Alexandria brain-dead Ocasio-Cortez sucks. And the people who elected her suck. How does that grab you?
And yes, I favor unfettered Capitalism. And if my industry goes away due to the internet and other advancements? Too bad for me. I still favor Capitalism, and it is up to me to find something else to do. Freedom. Trade. Voluntary. Capitalism.

One can become a traitor to American ideals by attempting to destroy them from within. So, electing a Pocahantas or a Bernie Sanders is basically an Act of Treason against American values. It is also a confession and admission of personal weakness and lack of character.

That makes a lot of sense . I imagine you probably wouldn’t even deal with someone that is a totally pain in the butt for 7% .

What about people using an FHA loan to buy 3.5% down owner occupied that’s even worse right ? Since they are borrowing more money ?..
