and early on, didn't they find a dead child buried some where close by?

I do not know what is wrong with our judges? They are way too easy on criminals.....do you know or have any idea, how much of our tax dollars are wasted, b/c our judges keep setting free so many criminals?

My son tells me, it's absolutely despicable how many times one criminal has been arrested?

And this judge is beyond despicable, how could he/she do such a thing...to me, it's aiding criminals....not to mention, encouraging criminal behavior?

Law enforcement has characterized the two men and three women as Muslim extremists and said a child associated with the group had reported that they were preparing to conduct school shootings.

Not sure why we're leaving this bit out. This isn't garden variety child neglect here.

and correct me if I'm wrong, but in the beginning when they first found this compound, didn't they find the body of a child buried close by?

Yes they did. The Leader is the son of an un-indicted extremist in the 1993 World Trade Bombing, now running a Training Camp to teach children and his group how to "shoot up schools".

Judge says ....... YAWN

The leader is the son of a guy who was believed to have been involved in the 1993 WTC bombing. He was never indicted due to lack of evidence.

The leader of this group would have been about age 14 at the time.

The children remain in state custody. The adults are being electronically monitored.

Judge said the state failed to prove this group was a danger to the community.

Then there ‘s the remains of a child which were found in or near the compound.

Reportedly, the 13 and 15 year olds said father withheld medications from his son and instead performed rituals intended to expel demons within him. They believed the boy would return as Jesus and tell them which institutions to get rid of.

Because a judge does something you disagree with that means there is something wrong with our judges? What about the other 2000 judges that placed bail on a defendant on that day?

Geeze Louise, can you believe this judge? I mean, your talking our kids in schools?

They should have been thrown in jail without any chance of getting out....

this is what's wrong with our country.

I think the judge is a danger to our community if you ask me?

I thought, they would lock these people up and throw away the key, is what they should do....

I agree--but they were living in the desert in a home-made compound and are supposedly "indigent"
I don't understand why we are even seeing this lack of "threat" as a reason not to detain them
Where is DHS/terrorist threat assessment when you need them???

This is open to read unlike WaPo
https://abcnews.go.com/amp/US/suspec...ry?id=57160858

I am all for people being released on low-bail/monitors when they are really that type of low-level threat

These people were apparently training these kids to be school shooters--
This was a terrorist agenda waiting to come to fruition

These people need to be taken up by Homeland Security!!!
There could be other cells trying this same process since we have so many children who have fallen through the cracks and are vulnerable for exploitation...

Very disappointed in this judge's literal interpretation of the law
And VERY DISAPPOINTED that the Feds are taking a direct interest in this case
Are they so focused on ILLEGAL immigrants they have dropped the ball again in checking out terror threats?
