Sort of crazy that Texas colleges clinics offer condoms. Seems like discrimination against Catholics who in many cases disapprove of their tax payer dollars being used for that purpose.

Crazy that college health clinics even offer condoms with taxpayer money, and now there are liberal activists blaming pregnancies on the fact that the colleges don't offer the very best and very expensive forms of birth control.

The only money going to birth control, condoms should be from the students own work or from their family.

Another liberal sob story of a business major in Texas getting ready for baby #3 and blaming it on the fact that the college doesn't offer the birth control she wants for free and she can't afford the $20 to $715.

Interesting, how the women in the story couldn't afford the birth control she wants that ranges from $20 to $715 but she can afford another $250,000 baby.

Austin Community College student Katran Packard said she was hoping not to get pregnant before her expected graduation in December.
I hope not to get cancer or get in a car accident...there is a pretty easy way to guarantee not getting pregnant.

She had free birth control available to her, right in her purse.

1.) Take a quarter out of your purse.
2.) Press it against the inside of one knee.
3.) Hold it in place with the other knee.
4.) You won't get pregnant. 100% effective.

If you're really poor, you don't need to use the quarter. Just pretend it's there. The effect will be the same.

Problem solved.

Now, explain it to me again: Whose fault was it that she became pregnant?

It sounds like a required class at that college should be Sex ed 101 followed by Personal Finances 102.

The last I heard it takes 2 to tango to make a baby so where is the guy(s) in this equation? Shouldn't he be getting more of the blame than the college?

What are these kids being taught nowadays? How to get knocked up and have someone else pay for it?

Newsflash, community colleges don't offer the same services as four year universities. I thought everybody knew that, guess not.

I would think those attending community college would be local and use local services like the health dept., clinics or their personal doctors.
As far as the pregnant woman who could no longer drive 80 miles for her depro shot since the pp closed. BS. To prevent pregnancy, I would ride my bicycle the 80 miles, hitchhike, walk.......
