Is being blind classified as mental illness? Or is it a physical limitation?

Or does the blind person believe they can see and want to drive a car, and since it is not considered a "mental illness" and politically correct to support delusion, they apply and the DMV gives them a license? Now we have blind people driving cars, because, feelings not facts.

When the blind person FEELS that they can see. All evidence is contrary. But hey, as long as that person feels they can see, let's get them signed up for driving lessons. Maybe long-haul trucking? Because since they feel it, it must be true, according to transgender logic.
