We are at the end of a short 10,000 year interglacial period and are suppose to be heading into a 90,000 cooling period. It’s not going to happen though because we pumped so much CO2 into the atmosphere, that we are causing massive warming within a SHORT time period. Natural climate change happens over LONG periods of time (this is what deniers don’t get). We can adapt to long term change, we can’t adapt to short term change.

Enough with the conspiracy theories and politics. Focus on the science and if you don’t like the current solutions, then come up with your own! Don’t like taxes? Then come up with free market solutions or anything.

I do not have the solution for this but there is nothing wrong with me pointing out the "solutions" that have so far been tried have resulted in not only an increase in total global greenhouse gas emissions, but an increase in the rate of their increase.

It's time to face the facts....
The sun is the source of the heat, but it is the greenhouse affect that is warming the planet by not allowing all the heat to escape.....Dealing with the problem will not be cheap, but ignoring it will be far more expensive. I have been willingly paying a carbon tax for ten years, and it's no big deal financially.
Why are you even debating this subject when this post make it clear that you have no understanding of climate science whatsoever?
