Everyone is treating Cohen's statement as the truth, when in reality, cohen has made false statements in the past and he has everything to gain by making this claim.
Unless there is evidence (i.e. tapes or another witness or documents), isn't it just Cohen's word against Trumps? And how would that hold up in court? Again, this was a free admission. It wasn't as if his plea deal required him to cooperate with the investigation. He freely gave up this information. Why?
Don't forget Ford was a late-comer as Veep - Spiro Agnew's downfall preceded that of Nixon. As may be the case with Pence, though he's no Agnew.
He's no Ford, either, unfortunately.
Pence is a horrible VP, and will be a horrible POTUS, however, even with his deranged religious bent, I doubt he would govern in the chaos that Trumpilini has. If the Senate removes Trump early enough after the Democratic house impeaches him, the GOP may even have a chance at winning in 2020.
I am saying I expect a BS charge thrown at Trump because this ENTIRE farce has been about overturning the election and getting rid of president Trump and he will NEVER back down,resign whatever.
He will either resign, now that he is implicated in two felonies, or he can wait to be impeached. There are a couple of hundred sealed indictments in D.C. District Court and SDNY that have been piling up since last November. My guess is that the next batch unsealed, which I think will happen shortly after the Midterms, will be the TT Meeting batch, and will feature Junior, Jared, Manafort again, your president, and possibly Hope Hicks (who was probably in the office), Cohen, and the Russians in the meeting. If the Democrats do not retake the House in November, Mueller will indict the president where he finds him.
I could be wrong, but that's my guess. By now Mueller has plenty of evidence, and it all boils down to how it is used when.

Cohen has TAPES of ALL his conversations w/Trump. The tape where Trump instructs Cohen on hush money payments has been all over TV.
If you're only watching FOX, you may as well be living under a rock.
