* cohen claims that trump authorized it.

which one of those points do you dispute?
"Claims" does not equal "facts".

I'd love to see Trumplings twist themselves into a figure 8 trying to debate this one:

The FEC is in charge of overseeing campaign finance violations. If there really were campaign finance violations by Trump, that is where this would be pursued. The court has no jurisdiction over this question, nor did it claim that it did by receiving this "plea deal" between Cohen and the prosecutors.
Have you contacted Cohen with your information? Maybe with your expert advice he'll be convinced to withdraw his guilty plea.

In a few months when Cohen is in jail, I am sure he will be greatly comforted by phone calls from supporters elaborately and exuberantly explaining to him that he is not actually in jail after all.

It's a new world, jail is not jail!

By Giuliani's logic "Truth is not the truth," Cohen being in jail but not really being in jail actually makes sense.

Same with Trump's "what you see and hear isn't what's really happening" also fits.

correct, but look at where the claims are coming from. the first one, which describes an illegal campaign loan, is coming from...... TRUMP'S CURRENT ATTORNEY!

You think he'd shut up and let his lawyers do all the talking. Then again, look who his lawyers are.

I dislike Hillary, I always have. But knowing what we know now, I would've voted for her in 2020.

They're just "claims" the same way Henry Hill and Sammy "The Bull" Gravano made "claims" against their associates.

In case some weren't aware, you can be convicted on the basis of eyewitness testimony.
