My kids had a high school math teacher who gave "group" tests and allotted "group" grades for them. Everyone but the slackers HATED it.

The soviets had more women in technical positions than Americans did during the same time period. That has nothing to do with the gulag system which was slowly scaled back after Stalin. Watch the whole video theres some good stuff in there.

Group grades may seem unfair, but that is what people experience in employment and general adult life. Learning how to function in groups is a basic part of public education.

Since they rely on voiolence and theft to implement, I say they never work at all.

I wish y'all exerted as much energy on other entitlement programs.

I am not a huge fan of handing out money but find that folks will criticize handouts to those with less and encourage handouts to corporations and rich individuals.

I'm not talking tax cuts -- I'm talking tax CREDITS.

Corporations and rich folks get tax credits for all kinds of odd things.

Those are social programs for those not in need.

I don't like them anymore than the entitlement programs for the poor.

There's a helpoing hand and then there is a handout.
