The Supreme Court will function fine until after this investigation is completed. I don’t want a President under investigation appointing anyone for anything. The Republicans would not want it either if the roles were reversed.

That wasn't necessary until "interpretation" of the Constitution became a fashionable way to do an end run around it when you don't like what it very plainly says.

Decades of allowing and even encouraging legislation from the bench is what got us here.

Harry Reid never stole a Supreme Court Justice. The GOP was fine living without a SCOTUS for a year but now it’s a rush, but don’t worry the judge handpicked by the Federalist Society will get his seat after the hearings. I would like to know more about his background, what’s the rush.

I agree with you, the Citizens United Decision sure fit the definition of legislating from the bench.

Being under a politically motivated witch hunt investigation shouldn’t limit the Presidents powers

We're being sorted out between Americans and Trumplings. Choose your side carefully. We'll see which side GOP senators are on. Because in this contest of America vs tRump...

...America is going to win.

George Orwell's book, "1984" was written as a warning. It was not published as the manual, with full guidelines.
Are we living in Narnia now?

Trumps ability to pick anyone for anything should be curtailed at this point. He is under investigation. I’m sure if it were a Democratic president the Republicans would argue the same way. Kauvenaughs papers have not all been read either. why the rush? The Supreme Court is doing fine without the addition of Kavanaugh.

Investigation for winning an election he wasn’t supposed to win pretty much
