Lol, trump supporters are just so sad in their desperation.
They're in total defense and/or denial mode at this point. Reading the comments from them in this forum alone is worth its weight in gold. They've taken deflection to levels that I never imagined possible, even for them. I've bookmarked a lot of them for posterity's sake.

The meat of this story, as explained by Rush Limbaugh, is that Trump is being accused of not reporting a significant campaign contribution by Pecker.
Pecker paying for this story, and then burying amounts to a campaign contribution (and a significant one) by Pecker that went unreported by Trump.
Another instance that follow the John Edwards trial from 10 years ago where it was legal to hide his relationship with Rielle Hunter with donated money.
again, as i mentioned last night, the problem for the prosecution was proving that the hush-money wouldn't have been paid if the edwards campaign didn't exist. if it would have been paid regardless of the campaign then it's not a FEC violation.
cohen has already directly admitted that the reason for the payment of the hush-money was to benefit the campaign.
I'm really shocked that he didn't say "Lying should be legal".
Orin Hatch all but said it was. With Congress viewing their role as president protector and senators, such as the aforementioned, I wonder if we will ever again be able to clearly provide the meaning of the virtue, truth, to children.

I knew Trump's Pecker would get him in hot water eventually.
