The Trumpeteers know theyre backed into a corner on their own wacky rationalizations. They have a lot of wacky questions but no answers and wont debate.
Trumps only way out is to:
fake his own death
take off the crappy toupee
expose the bald head
stop spray tanning
dawn a mustache
move to his mother russia where his master Putin will put him on the payroll
and take on big bear of a russian wife.
But thats only if the people around him dont drop a dime on the scheme.

When you have 99% of the media who endorsed Hillary Clinton, actively creating damaging headlines with a false narrative...YES, you're going to get the Trump "ate with the salad fork" type of storylines day in and day out.
I think President Trump should ask for them to give the Supreme Court original jurisdiction on this matter. That is constitutionally legal but would require Congress to act. If we can pull this off, we can bypass all the packed lower courts and I think this Supreme Court seems fair enough to rule in Trump's favor.
If we wait till the midterms, if we lose, then the Left can block this bill in the house of Congress that they win. And if they move to impeach and RINOs go along with them, then they have eviscerated the US Constitution and deposed a lawful President on bogus charges.
I do realize that Congress might not be able to pass such a bill (due to treachery) but that also actually works in our favor before the midterms because any "Republican" voting no against it will have outed himself/herself as a swamprat and we can vote his/her butt out at the midterms by voting third party as we can tell that they can't be trusted at all.
Also, if we go this route and lose the midterms, the thing would go into the court and might be able to stop any impeachment attempts or overturn them if they were ruled upon.

For now, you are absolutely right. But the corruption in his inner circle is getting closer and closer to him. The web seems to be getting larger. That's why is he getting more erratic with his tweets. Cohen could be detrimental to his down fall. But we won't know until Mueller finishes his investigation.

I am holding with the position that in the end, there will not be sufficient evidence to charge Trump with any crime related to collusion with Russia, no different than the Clintons and Whitewater.
The Whitewater thing happened 15 years before Clinton became president. The NYT raised questions about the Clinton’s involvement which snowballed. ( NYT was also the media that first broke the Hillary server/ email story). A panel of three judges appointed Ken Starr as Special Counsel and gave him broard authority to investigate wherever it led, refadless of relevancy to Whitewater.
The investigation went on for years. In the end it convicted 15 people for various crimes and did not have evidence to charge the Clintons. As we know it was Clinton’s perjury about a consensual liaison with Lewinsky that resulted in the House impeachment.
At the time, Trump blasted the women who claimed Clinton had done them wrong and defended Clinton as a victim of bad lawyering.
It will be interesting to see which member of his inner circle decides to tell all. My money is on Jared. He knows how Trump uses people and then throws them under the bus when it suits him. When push comes to shove, being married to Ivanka might not be the insurance policy he thought it was.
He is young and has $. Might he try to extricate himself from this mess he got into by going to the authorities and trading what he knows in return for his way out?

It won’t stop -which is why in 3rd world countries when they “win” an election they put in jail or execute the former occupants of the White House and dissolve Congress
