If Trump is impeached it will he because he did something serious enough to deserve it. His followers at that point should put their country first.
It's quite obvious that most of them will never do that. He was correct when he stated he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and still retain their support.
What are they going to do? Tear up their Medicare cards? What?

This is the elephant in the room when it comes to Trump's impeachment, especially if he is convicted and removed from office. I want Trump gone just as much as any other liberal but it cannot be done hastily or without undeniable proof of a crime. Why? Trump is a populist who is still backed by a very loyal base. Impeaching for the wrong reasons could cause our nation's ongoing "cold culture war" to go hot.
So what do you think? Is Guiliani correct in that Americans would take up arms to defend Trump if Congress tried to impeach him?

I know a lot of retired people in several states and NONE of them like Trump. So stop bashing "old people"--they despise Trump. The people who like Trump are usually the very rich elite--that 1% that we hear about who jet all over the world and have big investments in the stock market. It's not the retirees.
Read the Retirement Forum on CD sometime. They aren't supposed to talk politics but when they do, it's anti Trump. I know a few people who like Trump and they are in their 50s. Not old or retired people.
The rich elite is a locus of support for him sure, but undereducated underachieving angry old white people is clearly another.
