An interesting tidbit on NY law:
Quote:
They want to close a loophole in state law that currently prohibits New York from going after any official who receives a presidential pardon, which Trump is believed to be considering in the case of former campaign head Paul Manafort and possibly Cohen.

No wonder Manafort/Cohen angling for a pardon - they are immune from NY prosecution.

So they are following the money and hitting the organization. Will probably be a can of worms like Trump U was, 'cept this time I don't think he will be able to settle his way out of it.

By the way, the Trump Organization is not Trump, and is not protected by any kind of presidential privilege.

BTW, Sunday August 26th is the Sturgeon Moon.

Wiccans cast "binding" spells on Trump at each full moon.

Just sayin'.

They need to get a second Special Prosecutor to investigate the investigators. Now that would be very entertaining and worth the price of admission.

[quote=cachibatches;52897218]Dear lord.

So now a couple of days has gone by, you realize that Manafort's convictions have nothing to do with Trump, you understand that the most Trump will get from Cohen's accusations is a fine, and probably not even that, and you have come to the realization that all of this desperation means that they have completely given up on the non-existant "collusion," and so you are moving on to the next thing.

Please prepare yourself for six more years of Trump. That is your reality.[/QUOTe

I bet you are the life of the party. Not!

However, well said and sadly possible true.
