Most judges are human and still allow 'mercy' . Most victim statements are considered during court sentencing. Judges recognize the totality of the law...and it's repurcussons.
Yes I think this man is the real deal in his 'emoting' view.
So why has he lied under oath on several occasions on a variety of issues? It's all been documented. This liar lies at the drop of a hat with zero remorse, acknowledgment or apologies. He can take his blubbering self and sniveling wife and go home to explain to their kids why daddy is not worthy of the promotion.
I know a few people who have kept many things from their "glorious high school years". I still have a few things, including my notebooks which served as a scribble pad of various things ranging from class notes to gossip.
I have all my diaries from HS. I would say 3 times in the last 15 years when I caught up with old HS friends we went back and read about the parties, who broke up with you, who hooked up with who, where I went, who I was with... good laughs.

Look, I've dealt with people like this before. The fake tears are pathetic. I've seen people do this, and its clear he is just trying to be manipulative. He thought Dr Ford would cry so he had a plan to also cry. Surprise-she didn't. But hes gotten this all lined up so he is going with it.
He should have kept the crying parts all in one spot though, that tends to work better.

Yea this guy is a complete sleaze ball. Probably has millions hiding in Swiss Bank accounts and embezzling funds to keep his obvious materialistic wife happy
