Even if Kavanaugh gets sworn in as a supreme court nominee. The republicans should go after Ford in a criminal investigation followed by a criminal trial. If she refuses to go forward with a criminal trial, then use that against her to ruin her reputation and credibility. If she agrees to a trial and Kavanaugh receives a not guilty verdit, then Kavanaugh should go after Ford for falsely accusing him of rape. She should receive the maximum penalty for falsely accusing Kavanaugh of rape. Ford should be used as example of what can happen to a person who falsely accuses another person of rape.
There was that college football player that went to prison and lost his career because a women falsely accused him of rape and she got off relatively light when the truth came out.

I don't know if it was Kavanaugh but her opening statement was sincere and riveting, the woman is always lying defense is tiresome.
Well it would have been nice to hear Kavanaugh answer the question that had already been asked 5 times, "would he ask the president to authorize an FBI investigation". Once again he answered he would do whatever the committee wants which of course wasn't the question. Why cant he just say "no".

If she is found lying or insufficient evidence is found for a conviction in a courtroom, Ford's reputation will be destroyed. When she goes down, all those that support her will go down in flames with her.
