They should have saved all the theatrics and just voted him in. What a sham of a hearing this was.

I have heard this claim here several times. References?

Are you saying a sexually active high school student deserves to be raped?

In fact after today's proceedings I now consider Kavanaugh my 2nd favorite public figure in the world.
He wasn't even on my radar before today.

That might be admirable, as long as your favorite public figure is not Trump.

I think the majority of people watching/listening believe she thought she was telling the truth.

There are people who are very far right wing who think she just made the thing up out of thin air.

Even Kavannaugh appears to think the incident happened, but just not with him.
She can't remember who drove her there or drove her home yet she's 100% sure it was Kavanaugh on top of her although she really barely even knew him at the time. I think she's sincere, but lacking too much memory to really know what happened to her and by whom.

Let's see how Collins and Murkowski vote. I think they aren't shoo-ins.

Like I said--I want not able to see his cross exam
Did anyone ask specifically about "Beach Week" notation?

About his Yale roommate's description of him as a belligerent drunk?
About Barf Kavanaugh in Judge's book?

There was that college football player that went to prison and lost his career because a women falsely accused him of rape and she got off relatively light when the truth came out.
God I wish this would go further. Who's the one who wanted the FBI to further investigate them? Sure as hell wasn't Kavanaugh. For God's sake, think. And BTW she didn't accuse him of rape.

Tragic how the Republicans have cheapened the reputation of our nation. MILLIONS spent on endless investigations of H. Clinton that turned up NOTHING; stealing the Supreme Court nomination from the Obama administration; voting into office an idiot who's also a sexual predator who spends his time tweeting, golfing, lying, calling names, and watching reality TV, and who has divided the nation and given his brainwashed followers permission to savage anyone who doesn't follow his or FOX's dictates; selling off pieces of the American land to foreign extraction industries; declaring open-season on endangered species; etc.

If Kavanaugh is voted in, we'll now have TWO sexual predators on the SC and one in the White House. Yay us.

I don't think Flake is as much of a shoo-in as you think he is either.

And why is that? Because Kagan has different political beliefs than you?

Kavanaugh was an emotional mess, he's biased and he has changed his policies and beliefs to suit the political atmosphere. He may be a nice guy, but he's just too weak for the Supreme Court.
