This did not go to any sort of trial - if it had, Christine Ford would have surely LOST. This whole fiasco was not any form of "justice" that anyone in this country should be proud of. In fact, if you love any man - a significant other, a dad, a son, a brother, a cousin, etc - this whole circus should really be alarming.

Yeah. They just call on the phone, say whatever they want, then deny it later.

If I were Kavanaugh, I'd privately be getting even with the Dems for the rest of my life.

Would you really want a judge on the supreme court with an axe to grind. Wouldn't sit too well. But that will come to mind questioning on some of his rulings.

Here is what an FBI investigation would divulge:

42 possible witnesses cannot remember a party 36 years ago.

6 Democratic SJWs say they were there and saw it happen, but no one can confirm they were actually at the party. Two of them have never been anywhere but the West Coast.

Mr. Judge provided incoherent and inconsistent testimony. He appears to be a drug addict.

6 Republicans who know both Kavanaugh and Ford say he is a good guy and she is nuts.

A former friend girl of Kavanaugh says she never had sex with him.

A former girlfriend said he is a horrible person and she is sure he did everything he is accused of. She also now works for a Democratic senator.

No one who was on any team he ever coached says they were molested by Kavanaugh, but one mother says she is certain her daughter is lying and he did molest her daughter. This mother works ont he campaign of the local democratic representative.

All of his old drnking buddies siad they all never drank all that much and he was a good guy even when drunk. In fact, he was and even better guy when he was drunk. Drinking brought out the best in him.

He did in fact throw up on three occasions while drinking although it cannot be confirmed whether the was from drinking or he had the flu.

He also went to sleep pretty much every time he went out drinking. Some people said it looked like he passed out.

One time in college he slept with an unattractive girl after a night of heavy drinking. In the morning he claimed he could not remember anything that happened the night before.

One woman claims he locked her in his basement and made her a sex slave for him and his wife. After six years in the basement she finally escaped in 2012 but did not feel comfortable reporting it to the police because he is a judge and all. No one woudl believe her.

Another woman claims he kidnapped her daughter, raped her and then sold her to an African warlord to be part of his harem. The FBI was unable to confirm this woman ever had a daughter.

ten people say Kavanaugh used to drink to excess. Ten people say he was a partier but not really extreme also he was a good guy. They party affiliations are predictable.

His mother says he is a good boy.

We have spent $17 million on this investigation.

Report over.

Now, what do we do with this? Like the hearings yesterday it is a big waste of time and money and really told us nothing new.

Now the same people who believe him still believe him and the same people who believed here still believe her. Nothing has changed except the expenditure of $17 million. Maybe it will give the Maryland economy a boost.

I wouldn't, but I can understand how he could feel that way now.

Exactly, Democrats were very short-sighted.
They sacrificed decades of rulings, all for nothing.

That man is fit for a non-partisan judicial position?
Well, ya got Ruth Bader Ginsburg who's been highly partisan both on the bench and her comments off the bench so...

Yesterday was exhausting.. I really do not believe ANYONE who witnessed yesterday can determine if Judge Kavanuagh is guilty or innocent. I also think EVERYONE who witnessed yesterday most likely agrees the Dr. Ford was sexually molested (not raped) in HS by 2 (or 4) high school boys.

Unfortunately, our elected leaders have once again failed us. Both parties. For political reasons...

Democrats- They used Dr. Ford and her unfortunate and traumatizing experience as a chip in the political game. The right thing to do would have been to send her letter (with redacted accuser) to the FBI while the FBI was still investigating potential nominees. The FBI would have investigated further into Kavanaugh's past and presented its findings. If facts showed he was a heavy drinker in HS and College and collaborating witnesses claimed he exhibited behavior of a sexual predator he would have been removed from the list of candidates. Dr. Ford would have remained anonymous (as she wished). She would never have had to go through what she did yesterday. Having the letter leaked and her name and face plastered all of the world was the last thing someone who went through something so personal and demeaning needed. However, nobody really cared about Dr. Ford. They cared about the political game. It was much more important to "win" and use her accusation as a 12th hour gotcha. Knowing that in September little could be done but hold up the process and resume after mid term elections.

Republicans- After the Democrats played dirty they should have taken the high road and halted the vote so that the accusation could be investigated to see if there is any merit. Instead, all they care about is the fact the democrats played them. A simple "The Democrats went low and used Dr. Ford as a political pawn and while we feel the last minute gotcha AFTER the FBI had finished the back round checks and we nominated Judge Kavanagh was a low as you can go... we in good faith cannot in return use Dr. Ford in the same way. We will allow a 2 week investigation by local authorities or the FBI can reopen their back ground check".

BUT NO... both "teams" do the dirty. And all of us Americans with dirt all over our faces take sides and dig our heels in. Its very sickening.

It made me sick to see Dr. Ford sitting up there in front of the world bearing her truth and exposing herself when she never asked for this. She did the right thing. She sent a letter during the nomination process so that it could be looked into prior to a nomination. She was used.

It made me sick to see Judge Kavanaugh up there trying to defend everything he is and is not. He was used.

Meanwhile, the people who really are unfit to run the country are the ones judging both of them.

The Supreme Court is no place for that. He should have reviewed how Thomas handled this spectacle. He didnt come off like a belligerent drunken child being challenged for the first time. You

Edit:
Flake flakes again. Doesn’t matter. Kavanaugh will be confirmed.
