So then if the whole thing is speculation, why are you even discussing it at all? I guess facts don't matter to you either then? Guess you are just one of those dumb ol' GOPers you called out before?

I reported a fact - that Senator Feinstein received information that she turned over to federal investigative authorities. That remains a factually true statement but discussion of the content remains speculation.

but thanks for demonstrating so ably that you are unable to distinguish one from the other.

I can play your dumb little game too. You posted information that is the claim of one government official, meanwhile:

no senators on the committee, other than Feinstein, have so far been able to view the letter
So basically until this "federal investigative authority" confirms receipt of said information, you are dealing in speculation. Speculation that an extremely political motivated person is telling the truth.

Ok, so you are assuming a US Senator just lied to the American public using her public position and title. My not assuming she lied doesn't make reporting what she stated "speculation."

Our POTUS does it, James Clapper did it, people do it all the time.

Unless there is actual proof of existence, and corroboration you are dealing in speculation.

Notice how no lawyers or other parties involved are returning calls or confirming anything.

I would't bet money that there is nothing there, but I certainly have yet to see anything to confirm that its 100% there either, hence speculation.

Watching those running for office, Booker and Harris ask questions is like watching two clowns performing tricks. I wonder if their mothers drank during pregnancy.

Didn't Harry Reid accuse him of being a tax cheat? It was on the Senate floor so no charges could be brought. He later admitted it was all BS and a big lie.

Dems will put out all lies to stop anything Trump at this point.

Mostly just speculation and game playing. Nobody knows anything.

The woman who is the subject of the letter is now being represented by Debra Katz, a whistleblower attorney who works with #MeToo survivors.

The attorney's wiki page is already updated about Kavanaugh.
