Are you being intentionally obtuse? I have repeatedly made it clear my post was specifically to the absurdity of CraigCreek’s claim that Juanita Broderick’s claim was from almost fifty years ago.
Yes, it was just 40 years ago. And twenty years ago, she issued a sworn affidavit that denied it ever happened.
Yes ... this is hard on both Ford and Kavanaugh. It's clear what Kavanaugh gets out of it - a SCOTUS seat.
Ford?
If he does get a SCOTUS seat, he's not getting it because of this assault. It's despite it.
Ford has collected $500,000 thus far, stands to earn millions with a book, and single-handedly may have stopped a qualified conservative justice from taking a seat due to politics.
If they want the FBI involved, go for it. As I heard Mark Levin say - The FBI has never investigated Ford - so she might not like that - but go for it.
Yeah, the FBI has been real fair in the Trump Russia collusion investigation, lots of Rs indicted, never a Dem.
There’s way too much bias at the top level of the FBI still.
They hate Trump and thus his SC nominee I suspect. Hope not, but......
But I didn't hear them say they will investigate her background. That's the problem.
If they find that his testimony is not credible he can always consent to a polygraph the way that Ford did and passed. She has wanted an investigation from the beginning which we can assume will include her testimony.
What a **it show! The look that Klobuchar had on her face talking to the press is just disgusting.
The dems make me sick!
Check out how Kavanaugh talked to her during the hearing.
