Seems i cant walk away from this talk at the office and only catching part of the conversation and one side news on tv.. So forgive me.. can somebody dumb down this info and what does it have to do with his nomination? Is it over stuff that happen decades ago and no proof..?
Let's evaluate the behavior of our Democrat Senators during the session we are discussing.
Do we really want these politicians representing us ?
That's why there are investigations.
As of now, we have his testimony and Dr. Blasey's testimony, and we all get to use our observations, knowledge, and experiences in determining who we believe is more credible.
Not to mention that this is not a criminal trial, so there is no presumption of innocence or burden of proof.
No one is asking Kavanaugh to prove anything. All that was asked is that another FBI investigation regarding the current allegations be conducted.
BTW, regardless of the outcome, that man in no way has the temperament to be a Supreme Court justice. Anyone who could not see his combative, belligerent, angry and partisan outrage wasn't paying attention. Anger is one thing. Lashing out at a senator asking about HER drinking habits shows someone who is completely out of control.
He’s probably going to be confirmed, but cheer up. This could make him have a lot more empathy for accused defendants.

Mark Judge has already stated he is cooperating fully. I doubt very much anyone will change their stories.
